Get to Know Me
I am a businesswoman-turned-future clinical social worker with a sharp eye for strategy and a deep passion for people. My journey began in the business world where I led teams, built brands, and ran my own ventures. Through firsthand experience, I discovered that employee well-being is not just a moral imperative; it is also a powerful marketing tool.
I personally implemented workplace wellness strategies that became core to our brand narrative. These initiatives didn’t just boost morale. They directly improved retention, enhanced productivity, and generated a high return on investment. That experience confirmed what I had already started to feel — that sustainable growth starts with people, not just products.
Today, I am completing my Master of Social Work with a clinical focus and training in trauma-informed care and organizational well-being. I will begin offering therapy and coaching services as a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern in 2026.
